Return Policy Pure Essence wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make at our site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to irritation or allergic reaction AND it contains at least 75% of the product, you may simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or in-house credit only. No refund or exchange will be given if you order a product that is too strong for your skin type, i.e. a product is stronger than the entry level item from each group. To initiate your return, you must contact us at Pure Essence via email or call us directly. Our customer care representative will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and instructions. For returns, only product costs are subject to credit or exchange. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
